    I have extensive experience with fertility and loss, caregiver
    support, disability management, and occupational injuries
    involving WSIB. My psychotherapy practice is grounded in
    trauma awareness and modalities which have the potential to instill self-understanding among my clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations.

    Therapy is a healing process. Not a magic pill or a quick fix.
    Therapy requires participation and engagement from you and from me. Making this investment in healing requires making small changes to self-defeating behaviour and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain.
